Assignment: Your assignment is to write a character analysis of a character in the novel The True Confessions of Charlotte Doyle . Once you have chosen a character to analyze, choose three adjectives that describe that character. These adjectives, or character traits, will be the basis of your five-paragraph essay. You must use at least one quotation from the novel in each of the three body paragraphs to support your ideas. These quotations must be correctly documented according to MLA guidelines - refer to the document discussed in class. Handwritten: 1. Write in blue or black ink only. 2. The statement should be clear and objective to as seen from the reader point of view. After the introduction, the items in the body should be organized such that each paragraph explains one idea. The organization of the sections should be cohesive and ensure the flow of ideas. In the last paragraph, the paper should give closing remarks and state whether the thesis of the article has been achieved by the substance provided in the body.
